Health Care Reform

Health care reform, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), is the law of the land. As this law impacts nearly every business and individual in the U.S., we are working with our clients to ensure they are compliant with the law's provisions.

The changes necessary to keep health plans compliant with the new law will be phased in over a number of years.  Some of the rules are clearly defined, others are work in progress by the Federal Government.    

As the rules are defined, we will be updating our website with explanations, and requirements for Plan Sponsors.
